DIY Costume Idea: Saggy breasts - how to make sagging breasts: take a pair of pantyhose, cut off the feet, then sew the ends shut (or close tightly with rubber bands), turn inside out and stuff with fiberfill or cloth. Attach baby bottle nipples to the ends. Let the breast hang out the bottom of a waist-long shirt.
